La Zerba winery is located in the Liguria-Piedmont Apennines, in the heart of the hilly area that surrounds the picturesque hills of Gavi. Its vineyards extend over an area of 12 hectares, forming a single body around the winery. Since 1973, our family has dedicated itself to the cultivation of the vineyards, from the pruning to the harvesting phase, handing down passion, respect for nature and all the secrets to produce an excellent wine through the generations. La Zerba is a winery which is run using organic practices. For years, it has carried out only mechanical weeding and fertilisation with organic manure and green manure.
